- HOW TO REGISTER: You must be accepted to attend Fall Instructs. Get Accepted and an Empire League Representative will contact you.
- INFO: MLB Partnered League Managers together with the EBL Managers and Instructors will conduct the Fall Instructs to develop players and provide potential contract opportunities for the 2022 season.
